Easy dessert recipes

Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Pie

Ingredients


1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk

2 large egg yolks

2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided

1 container (6 oz.) or 1 1/3 cups fresh raspberries, divided

1 (6 oz.) prepared 9-inch chocolate crumb crust

Directions

WHISK together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in morsels until completely melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into large bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until cool. Gently stir in 2 cups whipped topping.

REFRIGERATE for 2 hours until thickened. Sprinkle 1 cup raspberries over crust. Spoon chilled chocolate mousse over raspberries. Dollop remaining 1 cup whipped topping on center of pie; top with remaining raspberries.

Super-Easy Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients


2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups miniature marshmallows

1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions

LINE 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil; grease lightly.

MICROWAVE morsels and sweetened condensed milk in large, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Stir in vanilla extract. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.

PRESS mixture into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces.

Peanut Butter Candy Cheaters

Ingredients


1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème

6 cups oven-toasted rice cereal

24 bite-size peanut butter-filled chocolates

1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels

1 teaspoon vegetable shortening

Directions

LINE 24 muffin cups with paper liners.

MELT butter in a large, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat. Add semi-sweet morsels and marshmallow crème; stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add cereal and stir until evenly coated. Press a heaping tablespoonful of cereal mixture into each prepared muffin cup. Press a bite-size chocolate into cereal mixture. Press a second heaping tablespoonful of cereal mixture over chocolate.

COMBINE butterscotch morsels and vegetable shortening in heavy-duty plastic bag. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; knead. Microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over tops. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store in sealed container.
